Meditation

At The Happyness Center, we offer monthly meditation in Kamloops to help individuals build mindfulness, find balance, and develop inner peace.

Many people believe meditation is about emptying the mind, but it’s actually about observing thoughts without judgment. This practice improves emotional balance, clarity, and self-awareness. Regular meditation can also reduce anxiety, enhance concentration, and improve sleep quality.
