Join us every Monday for a calming, restorative Community Reiki Healing session aimed at

Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy healing practice that works by channeling universal life force energy through practitioners' hands. Many Participants report feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, and more centred after a session.
The Community Reiki sessions welcome everyone and are offered by donation, making this healing space accessible to anyone interested in participating. No prior experience with Reiki or meditation is needed. You simply relax comfortably while practitioners offer healing energy in a calm and peaceful environment.
This offering is particularly helpful for those dealing with stress, fatigue, emotional strain, or anxiety, as well as for anyone wanting to nurture their well-being in a quiet, restorative environment.
Each session is held in silence to help participants relax deeply. Gentle music and a calm setting create a space where the body and mind can unwind naturally.
