Integrative Counselling and Therapy
Healing & Wellness Therapy through Integrative Counselling and Therapyâ„¢ focuses on helping the client understand their issue from a unique and deeper perspective. Clients explore evidence-based techniques, interventions, and strategies needed to resolve their crisis and understand what results are achieved and discovered through this process.

ICTâ„¢ Healing Sessions
ICTâ„¢ provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space for healing. It allows clients to reflect, understand, apply, and heal themselves in a non-judgmental environment.
- ICTâ„¢ helps clients discover inner happiness and live a more vibrant, fulfilling life.
- The ICTâ„¢ package is most effective when clients integrate its tools into their daily lives. Depending on individual goals and the complexity of their challenges, clients may choose shorter or longer treatment courses. These sessions help trace the root cause of issues, with therapists providing valuable insights for healing and maintaining mental well-being.
